Our Facility

Computer Facility

The lab is equipped with ten wireless public access terminals, with the latest software and wireless internet access via a T1 line (High Speed). An additional  five public access terminals with WINDOWS 7are available within the library. Other media equipment include 18 laptops, LCD projector, video equipment, and digital cameras.

Occasional rental and equipment lease is available at reasonable rates.

Classroom

The classroom provides an area for Ojibway language instruction, workshops such as True Colours or Business Development, Skills Training Courses and is an area for student tutoring.

The classroom is equipped with a High Definition Video Conference System,  High Definition TV, dvd/vcr equipment, white boards, and overhead projectors. The classroom is also has a wireless moblie laptop unit that can be used for training initiatives.

 Resource Materials

The Learning Centre & Library has a broad range of resources - books, videos, software - to help meet client/student need. Non-band members are required to purchase a $10 per year library membership card in order to sign out resources.
